The amber energy management process is a simple, transparent, process designed to get the best result for your business. When we work with our clients we believe that decisions you make today are impacted heavily by what the future price of energy looks like; for this reason, we like to understand your current strategy and any future plans, so we can add as much value as possible. Until you ‘team up’ with us we don’t charge you, it’s essentially because we think once we’ve worked together you’ll see the benefit of having us in place to manage your energy. In any case, we will present to you a clear proposal early in the Energy Management process, so you can understand any costs and the benefits involved.

Our Service Level Agreements & Taking a proposal forward

When it comes to teaming up with amber energy, we believe in transparent service level agreements. They are designed around you (and what you believe is required to deliver or support your overall business strategy; this info comes from the cuppa and meeting above). It’s not about charging you more for increased levels of service, it’s about working out what services you need and what you don’t; making your energy work harder for you (by stripping out anything you don’t need).

Team Up

When you're ready to move things forward we will introduce you to your team. Your portfolio manager, head strategist, energy manager, and administrator. If you've gone for a project we will introduce you to your project manager too. Our people make us great and want you to be able to pick up the phone and know exactly who it is you're dealing with at the other end.

Proactive Reviews

The energy industry moves quickly, and a lot can happen one year to the next, that’s why we’ve pro-actively built annual reviews (face-to-face again) into our service level agreements. We still feel this is the best way to improve our service so we thrive on feedback (& of course won’t say no to cracking open the bubbly!).

Insights via our App

We’ve built our very own app to aid the energy management process. It gives you up to date information on what’s going on in the energy industry. This alongside monthly performance figures (for your consumption/costs at site), live consumption figures from your meters, and support from our trading desk and legislation white papers puts you completely in control of your energy.
